The cottage was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. the beds were comfy and the fireplace was ready to light, which made for cozy evenings. the owners were incredibly helpful, even accepting a grocery delivery for us and putting the dairy in the fridge. the location was perfect for exploring the Yorkshire 3 peaks, with plenty of nearby footpaths and a short walk to a nice pub. the views of the surrounding hills were stunning, especially from the bedroom. it was a fantastic place to stay.
That the ensuite shower didn't get very hot, but that may have just been a personal preference. Parking was also a bit tight, especially if you had a big car, with the access between two brick walls being tight as well.

The complimentary WiFi at this 3-star holiday home was a real lifesaver. It was strong and reliable, allowing me to effortlessly stay connected and catch up on some work while sipping my morning coffee. It was like having a personal high-speed internet superhero by my side, saving me from any WiFi woes throughout my stay.
Thermostat adjustment could be improved.

The cottage was clean and cozy, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after enjoying the nearby footpaths and taking in the beautiful views of the countryside. One of the best aspects was the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own holiday meals. the owner was friendly and helpful, making sure everything was ready for our stay.
Another downside was the limited parking space, particularly if you have a larger vehicle. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions or options for parking nearby.
